Brian has a PhD in Organic Chemistry and 30 years of experience in the
flavor industry most notably known at PFW (now Givaudan) as R&D
Manager and Manager of Natural Product Development at International
Flavors & Fragrances. He is currently President of Natural Advantage, which
he has grown into a world leader in sustainable natural flavor ingredients.
Carol combines a J.D. in Law, MBA - Marketing, MS - Food Science and
20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry most notably
known at Frito Lay and IFF. Currently CEO, she founded Natural Advantage
in 1996.
